A New Chapter for 5&Vine Healthcare Client Dialogue
As a leading telemedicine company in both Canada and across the globe, Dialogue has been bringing millions of Canadians high quality virtual healthcare since its founding in 2016.
For the past year, 5&Vine has been engaging Dialogue to drive and support its growth through digital acquisition. We’ve helped them scale their employee base of nurses, doctors and health coordinators, and get in front of HR decision makers.
Through our performance marketing work, we’ve developed custom landing pages, as well as paid search and targeted LinkedIn campaigns to drive qualified leads to the site – by beating LinkedIn’s own conversion benchmarks by approximately 300%.
Particularly in the wake of COVID-19, demand for virtual healthcare has increased significantly pushing a quicker adoption by both practitioners and patients. We’re excited to partner with a team that challenges what healthcare should be, and believes in making it more affordable for all Canadians.
After our collaboration, Dialogue raised $43m in a Series B+ led by SunLife Financial, who took a minority stake, and entered into a strategic partnership agreement with other existing backers including White Star Capital and CDPQ.
In 2020, the company posted a 254% increase in revenue from the year prior and, after filing to go public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, received strong investor demand. Originally setting out to raise $100m, it has reportedly received over $1bn.
It marks a new era for Dialogue and an exciting time for both the company and those benefiting from its services. Their recent success is a testament to what sets them part. As well as physical health, Dialogue focuses on mental health, supporting a number of conditions including stress, burnout, sleep disorders and anxiety.
The Logic recently reported that roughly 6% of Canadians currently have access to Dialogue’s offerings via four of the country’s main insurance providers.
We can’t wait to continue supporting them through this new chapter!
