OUR IMPACT
5&Vine helped Fresh N’ Lean drive massive customer growth while reducing CPA by 40%, and helped the brand achieve recognition as the #1 ready-to-eat meal delivery service in the United States.
THE CHALLENGE
With meal delivery services booming in the United States, our objective was to scale customer acquisitions while lowering acquisition costs. To do so, we had to strengthen the product and brand stories, all while guiding Fresh N Lean’s COVID-19 response strategy.
OUR APPROACH
To drive awareness and brand affinity, we developed a robust social media and growth strategy. We engaged influential customers as brand advocates to provide UGC and demonstrate clear relatability, and ran highly curated and optimized remarketing campaigns to push consideration users towards purchase. To engage our base, we created a tight-knit online community and tapped athlete partnerships on Instagram Stories to associate the brand with high performance living. This complemented our COVID-19 response strategy, where all messaging shifted towards transparency and empathy, paving the way to our #HealthyTogether social campaign that inspired brand loyalty and connection.
THE OUTCOME
CPC improved by 28% and CTR by 6x. ROAS improved by 58%, and the revenue almost tripled.
Fresh N Lean was ranked as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America on the 2020 Inc 5000, with 562% growth over the past year, and achieved $100M in revenue.
